Bagmati, who has about 28 years of experience in various offices of the Government of Nepal, has retired from service after serving as Provincial Secretary and Distinguished Rank Secretary of the Government of Nepal and is currently serving as the Chairperson of the Non-Government Sector Nepal Farmers Advisory Council.
